We’ve been getting asked this question over and over again for quite some time now and felt that it was finally time to respond with the answer. There are actually a number of pretty good ways of watching live NFL football through Kodi, we’ve just finished testing a bunch of them today and have brought you the results. It’s a good idea to make sure that you’re on the latest version of Kodi before continuing, as it will result in a more reliable NFL football live streaming experience.
Before we get started, we’d like to remind users that we strongly warn against the use of illegitimate paid IPTV streaming services, if they charge you for access to sports streams, you’re better off staying away rather than land yourself in legal trouble!
1. NBC Sports Live Extra – watch Sunday Night Football everyweek, as well as the Thursday Night Football game on Thanksgiving through this totally free service. If you’re not in the United States, you’ll need a VPN to use it though.
Install NBC Sports Live Extra: Go to “Add-ons” under the “VIDEOS” menu, click on the “Get more…” button, click on the add-on, and then press the “Install” button.
2. Phoenix – you’ll obviously find NFL football in everyone’s favourite streaming add-on for Kodi, you might have to look around a bit though, but hey it’s easy and free!
Install Phoenix: Use the Addon Installer for Kodi, or find it within the TVADDONS.ag Add-on Repository.
3. Livestream – it seems like not too many people are aware of the existance of this addon which provides legitimate access to a whole boat load of live television channels from across America, you’ll likely find quite a few games in there.
Install Livestream: Go to “Add-ons” under the “VIDEOS” menu, click on the “Get more…” button, click on the add-on, and then press the “Install” button.
4. USTVnow Live – all you have to do is signup to their free service to get legitimate access to ABC, CBS, CW, My9, NBC, and PBS. They also have paid packages for pretty affordable prices that give you access a whole lot more, and in HD.
Install USTVnow Live: Use the Addon Installer for Kodi, or find it within the TVADDONS.ag Add-on Repository.
5. Navi-X – the original playlist add-on for Kodi will surely have quite a bit of NFL football available, but you’ll have to look around a bit before you’ll find it. It would probably be a good idea to start browsing the “Most-recently updated” category and take it from there.
Install Navi-X: Use the Addon Installer for Kodi, or find it within the TVADDONS.ag Add-on Repository.
6. NFL Game Pass – if you’re American and don’t mind watching the recorded game after it’s aired, you can fork about $100 and get every game of the season, obviously it’s not as much fun when it’s not live though.
Install NFL Game Pass: Go to “Add-ons” under the “VIDEOS” menu, click on the “Get more…” button, click on the add-on, and then press the “Install” button.
7. NFL.com – you won’t find the full games, but you’ll find cool highlights if you’re into watching that sort of thing.
Install NFL.com: Go to “Add-ons” under the “VIDEOS” menu, click on the “Get more…” button, click on the add-on, and then press the “Install” button.
8. NFL Teams – you’ll find videos from NFL team’s web sites, along with interviews, stats, and cheerleaders.
Install NFL Teams: Go to “Add-ons” under the “VIDEOS” menu, click on the “Get more…” button, click on the add-on, and then press the “Install” button.
